THE EFFECT OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG) IMPLEMENTATION AND COMPANY IMAGE ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY WITH SATISFACTION AS A MODERATING VARIABLE AT PT. BANK SULSELBAR SELAYAR BRANCH

This study aims to examine the influence of the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Company Image on Customer Loyalty with Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable at PT. Bank Sulselbar Selayar Branch. The data used are primary data obtained by using a questionnaire to 100 randomly selected customer respondents of PT. Bank Sulselbar Selayar Branch. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA) methods. The results of this study found that the Good Corporate Governance variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, as well as the company image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Sulselbar Selayar Branch. While satisfaction cannot moderate the influence of the good corporate governance and company image variables on customer loyalty.
