DEVELOPMENT OF ARABIC LANGUAGE E-LKPD BASED ON THE THEME OF ZAKAT TO IMPROVE STUDENTS' KALAM SKILLS

Abstract

This study aims to develop an E-Student Worksheet (E-LKPD) that focuses on the theme of zakat in Arabic language teaching, with the hope of improving students' kalam skills. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D), referring to the ADDIE model which includes the steps of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this study were students of Islamic junior high schools. Data collection tools consisted of validation sheets from experts, student response questionnaires, and kalam ability tests. The research findings show that the E-LKPD that has been developed is declared valid by material and media experts with a very adequate category. Student responses to this E-LKPD are included in the very positive category. In addition, there is a significant increase in students' kalam skills after using the E-LKPD with the theme of zakat. Thus, this E-LKPD is suitable and effective as an Arabic language teaching resource to improve students' speaking skills.
