SCOPE OF THE JOURNAL
Al-Daulah Journal accepts incoming manuscripts in six main areas of science and law, as follows:
- Islamic Law and Jurisprudence: Explores both classical and contemporary applications of Sharia principles within a modern legal framework.
- Islamic Criminal Law (Jinayah): Investigates the criminal justice system through the lens of Islamic law and its interactions with secular criminal law.
- Islamic Constitutional Law: Examines governance principles, state theory, and constitutional frameworks from an Islamic perspective.
- Comparison of Criminal Law and Customary Law: Analyzes various criminal justice systems and traditional legal practices across different cultures.
- Constitutional Law and State Administration: Addresses government structures, public administration, and constitutional interpretation in contemporary states.
- International Humanitarian Law and Public International Law: Covers cross-border legal issues, human rights (HAM), and international legal cooperation.
