Dampak Edukasi E-booklet terhadap Pengetahuan Gizi, Vitamin D, dan Zinc Siswa SMA

Vitamin D and zinc are essential micronutrients that play a role in supporting growth, immune system function, and metabolic health in adolescents. However, many students still experience insufficient intake of these two nutrients. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of e-booklet-based nutrition education on the level of nutrition knowledge and the intake of vitamin D and zinc among students at SMAN 35 Jakarta. The research design used was a pretest-posttest without a control group, involving 86 students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Research instruments included a nutrition knowledge questionnaire, attitude questionnaire, and a Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ). Data analysis was performed using a Paired t-test at a significance level of p<0.05 via SPSS version 21 software.The results showed that the e-booklet nutrition education intervention did not lead to a significant increase in students' nutrition knowledge levels. Similarly, vitamin D and zinc intake did not show a statistically significant change, although there was a tendency for the average intake values to increase after the education was provided. Two months of e-booklet-based nutrition education were not significantly effective in improving the knowledge and intake of vitamin D and zinc among students at SMAN 35 Jakarta..
