IMPLEMENTASI KREATIF MEDIA DESAIN DALAM MAJALAH DINDING FALAK “ALAMPEDIA” SEBAGAI SARANA LITERASI ILMIAH

The main problem of this research is how the creative implementation of design media in the falak wall magazine “Alampedia” functions as a means of scientific literacy, which is then formulated into several sub-problems as follows: 1) How is the process of creatively implementing design media in the development of the falak wall magazine “Alampedia” as a means of scientific literacy? 2) How effective is the falak wall magazine “Alampedia” as a means of scientific literacy? This research uses a mixed-methods approach, which is a research method that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches sequentially. The data sources of this study are students and lecturers of the Astronomy (Ilmu Falak) Study Program, Faculty of Sharia and Law, UIN Alauddin Makassar. Furthermore, the data collection methods in this research include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data processing and analysis techniques go through the stages of reduction, classification, presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that there is an impact generated by Alampedia, namely: the implementation of creative design media in the development of the Alampedia falak wall magazine is a strategic step in developing a scientific literacy medium that integrates visual, informative, and educational aspects. The Alampedia falak wall magazine is effective as an innovative and communicative scientific literacy medium, especially in introducing basic concepts of Islamic astronomy to the students of the Faculty of Sharia and Law at UIN Alauddin Makassar.
