ANALYSIS OF TAKALAR GOVERNMENT POLICY IN MANAGING THE BEBA FISH LANDING BASE FROM SIYASAH SYAR'IYYAH PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

This study aims to explain the Takalar government policy in managing the Beba fish landing base and examine the Takalar government policy in managing the Beba fish landing base from a Siyasah Syar'iyyah perspective. This type of research is qualitative research. The design of this research is field research. The results of this study indicate that; First, the Takalar government policy in managing the Beba fish landing base, namely the Takalar government policy in managing the Beba Fish Landing Base (PPI) covers various aspects related to the sustainability of marine resources, improving the welfare of fishing communities, and efficient infrastructure management. PPI Beba is one of the important facilities that support fisheries activities in the Takalar area, so its management must be carried out professionally and sustainably. Second, the Takalar government policy in managing the Beba fish landing base from a Siyasah Syar'iyyah perspective, namely Siyasah Syar'iyyah is a concept in Islamic law that regulates the management of public and state affairs based on the principles of Islamic law, which include justice, welfare of the people, and sustainability in the use of natural resources. In the context of Beba Fish Landing Base Management (PPI) in Takalar, the policies implemented can be reviewed and adapted to the principles of Siyasah Syar'iyyah to ensure that these policies not only benefit the economy but also maintain social justice and environmental sustainability.
