PEMANFAATAN HALAMAN LANDAS DALAM JUAL BELI ONLINE PERSPEKTIF HUKUM EKONOMI SYARIAH

Abstrak
Halaman landas adalah suatu halaman khusus yang digunakan untuk menawarkan sebuah produk ataupun jasa. Para pelaku usaha jual beli online biasanya memanfaatkan sosial media untuk mengiklankan produknya dengan menggunakan perantara website buatan atau dalam hal ini dalam bentuk halaman landas. Pemanfaatan halaman landas dalam jual beli online merupakan salah satu media digital marketing yang aspek-aspek hukumnya perlu dikaji secara mendalam. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan halaman landas dalam jual beli online perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) serta pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis empiris. Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui metode wawancara antara peneliti dan pihak yang terlibat langsung dalam pemanfaatan halaman landas untuk jual beli online di Komunitas Padepokan Iklan Purbalingga dan data sekunder dalam penelitian ini berupa fatwa MUI, Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata, buku, jurnal serta artikel yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan halaman landas dalam jual beli online bertentangan dengan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, sehingga jual belinya tidak sah. Hal ini dikarenakan terdapat banyak celah untuk melakukan kecurangan serta kebohongan dalam pembuatan dan penyebaran informasi/konten dalam bentuk halaman landas.

Abstract
A Landing page is a special page that is used to offer a product or service. Online buying and selling businesses usually use social media to advertise their products using artificial websites or in this case in the form of landing page. The use of landing page in online buying and selling is one of the digital marketing media whose legal aspects need to be studied in depth. This research was conducted to analyze the use of landing page in online buying and selling from an Islamic law perspective. The research that the author conducted was field research and the research approach used was an empirical juridical method. Primary data sources were obtained through interview methods between researchers and parties directly involved in the use of landing page for online buying and selling in the Purbalingga Advertising Padepokan Community and secondary data in this research were in the form of MUI fatwas, Burgerlijk Wetboek, books, journals and articles related to the problem under study. The research results show that the use of landing page in online buying and selling is contrary to Islamic Law and Positive Law, so the buying and selling is invalid. This is because there are many opportunities for cheating and lying in the creation and distribution of information/content in the form of landing page.
