Abstract
This study aims to analyze how Quranic integrity, as stated in Surah Al-Mu'minun, verse 8, can serve as a foundation for improving the competence and building the professionalism of educational administration staff. Quranic integrity, which emphasizes trustworthiness and keeping promises, serves as a moral and spiritual value that underlies professional performance, particularly in the context of educational administration, which demands precision, honesty, accountability, and quality service. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach, exploring classical and contemporary interpretations and educational management literature. The results indicate that Quranic integrity has significant implications for improving the competence of administrative staff, including technical competence, social-communicative competence, and moral-spiritual competence. Furthermore, Quranic integrity also forms the basis of comprehensive professionalism, encompassing work ethics, accountability, excellent service attitudes, and consistent behavior in carrying out duties. Thus, the values of trustworthiness and promises in Surah Al-Mu'minun, verse 8, serve as a foundation that aligns the technical abilities and moral character of educational administration staff, thereby realizing more effective, transparent, and civilized educational governance.
