Koperasi syariah adalah organisasi ekonomi yang berbasis Islam yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota secara adil dan berkelanjutan. Dalam kenyataannya, pengelolaan koperasi syariah menghadapi kesulitan dalam menerapkan manajemen yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip governance yang baik dan nilai-nilai syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari konsep manajemen koperasi syariah melalui analisis literatur terkait, seperti buku, jurnal dan regulasi-regulasi terkait. Kajian literatur, atau review literatur dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Kajian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen koperasi syariah harus mencakup perencanaan strategis, pengorganisasian berbasis musyawarah, pelaksanaan yang transparan dan pengawasan yang akuntabel dan sesuai prinsip syariah. Singkatnya, penerapan manajemen koperasi syariah yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai Islam dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme manajemen koperasi dan meningkatkan kepercayaan anggota dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Sharia cooperatives are Islamic-based economic organizations that aim to improve the welfare of their members in a fair and sustainable manner. In reality, the management of Sharia cooperatives faces difficulties in implementing management that aligns with the principles of good governance and Sharia values. The purpose of this research is to examine the concept of Sharia cooperative management through an analysis of relevant literature, such as books, journals, and relevant regulations. The literature review was conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach. The study indicates that Sharia cooperative management must include strategic planning, deliberation-based organization, transparent implementation, and accountable supervision in accordance with Sharia principles. In short, the implementation of Sharia cooperative management that incorporates Islamic values ​​can enhance the professionalism of cooperative management and increase member and community trust.
